How long does production take?

Handmade abayas usually take 1–2 weeks for production, depending on the design and detailing.

Can I customize my abaya?

Yes, we accept custom requests for sizes, styles, and adjustments to suit your personal preferences.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we focus on deliveries within the UAE and Middle East region. For special requests outside this area, please contact our support team.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer Limited-Time Free Shipping within the UAE.

How long does delivery take after production?

Within the Emirates: 1 working day after dispatch.
Other Middle East countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq): 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Are handmade items eligible for return?

Yes, but as each piece is handmade, returns/exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, in original condition, and requested within 7 days of delivery.

What if I received the wrong size or product?

Contact our team and we will arrange a replacement or exchange.
