Fabric Details – Please note, loose threads are not considered a defect, as our abayas are designed with thread-based detailing.
Customer Responsibility – We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery, as all products are carefully checked and sent in perfect condition.
Payments are non-refundable – However, if an issue is confirmed to be our mistake, the product will be fixed or exchanged accordingly.
Resolution – If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will fix or exchange the item for you (payments remain non-refundable).
